(September 2020 – Present)

Akhil joined the firm in September 2020, as a Trainee Solicitor and has received one to one training from the Managing Director in multi task role, which consists of a wide range of legal practice. He is now a qualified Solicitor and works closely with the head of family departments.

He is a truly valued member of the team. He predominately assists in the Family department, including Private Law Children matters and Public Law (Care Proceedings).

Akhil is an accredited police station representative, where he has obtained experience of understanding violence in a domestic setting, complementing his expertise. Akhil is currently training to become a Qualified Duty Solicitor, to undertake all areas of Magistrates Court work.

Other areas that Akhil practices is Wills and civil litigation.

Akhil has also been very active in assisting the Managing Director and learning the operation of a firm, management structures and risk analysis by working very closely on the Lexcel process of the firm. He is also a member of the firm’s management committee, which requires a very mature and responsible attitude as he would share concerns of the staff members as well as the management issues.

Akhil has had a robust period in training and has developed in multi skill attitude in his practice. He has demonstrated an eye for details, client satisfaction, a Solicitor that is approachable and will ensure the clients needs are met and aims always to achieve the objective, where possible for the client.

He has demonstrated his strength in working with the vulnerable domestic violence victims and sees himself developing and growing as a Solicitor in the domestic violence field and to contribute his expertise and knowledge back into the established organisations, to have a better understanding of emergency steps and procedures, which makes a huge difference in the risk a victim faces.

He enjoys building a rapport with clients and works around their specific needs. He is very passionate about delivering outstanding service with a hunger to succeed.

He is also multilingual, speaking fluently in English, Telugu and Hindi.
